The stay was overall good and the location was convenient. However, the cleanliness could be improved — there was dust on the tables and shelves. The toilet needed better maintenance, and the fridge/mini cooler in the room wasn’t cooling properly. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Careless, unfriendly, rude and indescipline hotel staff from shift manager to workers. ow we hasn't paid salary since 3 months, frustrated employees. shocker

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking for two people, we were given a single-sharing room that was not suitable for two guests. The room was located on the ground floor and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided – we had to ask for everything, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, we were informed at the last moment that we could cancel the booking if we weren’t satisfied, which was unhelpful and frustrating given the timing. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotel I have visited they have not given us towels while check in when I ask for towel’s they openly said that we have not that’s not our problem rooms Are so dirty bed **** are tore they don’t have body wash shower gel they have only empty bottles worst hotel🤮🤮🤮🤮
